INNOWOOD’s latest soffit lining project at Pullman Hotel, Mascot, NSW using our Inn°Clad IWC200251 in Spotted Gum utilising INNOWOOD’s standard formulation to satisfy the GROUP 3 fire rating requirement according to AS/NZS 3837 – Specification A2.4 of BCA.
Upon request, specific fire ratings can be achieved using our performance formulation which can meet up to GROUP) rating according to AS/NZS 3837 – Specification 42.4 of BCA or up to BAL-29 rating (AS39592009 – Construction of Buildings in Bushfire Prone Areas, Appendix F) performance as tested locally with CSIRO.
