INNOWOOD NATURAL & PRECOATING

Like natural wood products, INNOWOOD Natural products will naturally fade over time under the effect of weathering factors like exposed to sunlight and UV. They will gradually fade to an off-white / silver grey tone, but unlike natural wood they will not mould, split or crack

Therefore, INNOWOOD Natural products that are going to be used outdoors are precoated to protect the original surface from UV exposure, reducing the degree of adverse effects from the sunlight and weathering of the product to extend the colour lifespan.

INNOWOOD Natural is provided factory precoated to ensure uniformity in coverage and thickness during the colour application, thereby reducing the user's workload on site and reducing the cost of on-site coating.

INNOWOOD PRODUCT COLOUR

INNOWOOD products are made predominantly from timber hardwood waste. Therefore, colour will vary slightly according to the hardwood species used in its manufacture. It is recommended that all the boards be sourced from the same production batch, but as there are still variations within a batch ensure that the material is mixed prior to installation. The product is also subject to natural variation in the finish as part of the manufacturing process. The purchaser or installer/builder is responsible for inspecting the material prior to installation in terms of colour, finish, and size of the product, to identify whether the product has any defects or manufacturing faults and to ensure the product meets the surface appearance and product specification required. Subject to the terms of INNOWOOD Material Warranty, INNOWOOD is not liable for claims made after the installation of the product relating to surface appearance or product specification.
