INNOWOOD PRODUCT SYSTEMS ARE ENERGY
EFFICIENT, COST EFFECTIVE, DURABLE & GREEN

Since 2005, our expert technical team has designed and developed a range of product systems based on INNOWOOD’s material properties. INNOWOOD’s product systems are a lightweight solution, flexible in design, easy to install and suitable for use in indoor and outdoor environments.

INNOWOOD material is low maintenance, durable, resistant to termites, water, and fire. It is also useful for improving the energy efficiency of a building dramatically lowering the long-term costs while reducing the carbon footprint.

INNOWOOD sustainable composite timber product was created
as an alternative to natural timber in the face of rapidly
depleting global forests and timber resources.

What makes us different is just how far we push the boundaries of
our commitment to the environment. We want to help shape the
world we live in by doing our part.

WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH SIMPLY COMPLYING WITH
ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS.
Innowood products use wood waste as the main resource and through an energy conserving production process with low emission to air, soil, and water, we create our unique environmentally friendly formulated
product.

After the life of the material, the product can be recycled through the use of INNOWOOD’s proprietary recycling program to continue to be remanufactured and reused.

LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT

INNOWOOD authorised Edge Environment  to conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) of its products and prepare a report with its Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). The EPDs have been verified by an independent third-party consultant Catalyst Ltd.

These environmental product assessments, including life cycle assessments, establish the basis for ensuring that our EPD complies with the manufacturer specific requirements for EPDs under the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star rating system in that they conform with:

  • ISO 14025: 2006 Environmental label and declarations – Type III Environmental declarations principle and procedures
  • EN 15804, Sustainability of construction work- Environmental product declarations
  • With cradle-to-gate scope

This assessment is a verified document that reports environmental data of products based on life cycle assessment (LCA) and other relevant information, in accordance with the international standard ISO 14025 (Type III Environmental Declarations)
