INNOWOOD’s InnoClad Flat Joint cladding system is designed with a fixing system which incorporates a continous aluminium connection. This system allows either the conventional single profile that creates a uniform cladding finish or the mixing and matching of three different profile sizes to create a unique cladding feature.
Flat Joint Concealed Fixing System provides an elegant look by
connecting two boards together with aluminium clips that give
a uniform 1mm shadow line between the cladding boards.
Wave Flat Joint - system uses the same fixing method as that
of the Flat Joint system but the difference lies in the wave profile
of the InnoClad material that has been designed to give the
appearance of a sinusoidal surface.
Starter and Corner Trim Angles are designed to control and conceal material movement, while simultaneously helping to keep the board secured in place and also to improve the appearance of the corners and edges providing a clean finish.
INNOWOOD material much like natural timber expands and contracts with change in temperature, which is inevitable. INNOWOOD has developed the following options to control product movement at board ends and Butt joints :
INNOWOOD pre-finished product comes in your choice of either INNOVATIVE or PREMIUM Colour Ranges.
The main difference is in the finish and visual grain structure. The Innovative Range has a brushed texture with a brushed coated linear grain finish;
whereas the Premium Range has a brushed finish but utilises the latest technology during the extrusion process to imitate a natural wood grain structure.
