The newly completed Jordan Springs Public School is part of The NSW Government’s $6 billion investment into public school infrastructure over the next four years that will deliver more than 170 new and upgraded schools to communities across NSW.
INNOWOOD has traditionally been the chosen sustainable timber alternative for schools throughout the world for cladding, screening and lining applications and now FIBA-DEK has become the premium decking material of choice as the focus on outdoor learning spaces has emphasised the importance of natural materials in landscape designs.
FIBA-DEK is the latest decking technology that utilises a patented dual fibre layer in a coextrusion that dramatically reduced and restricts the movement that is a common isssue in most composite decking products.
A truly sustainable and environmentally friendly material, FIBA-DEK is produced by EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) accredited INNOWOOD, that includes stringent life cycle assessments that are on top of the inherent superior material performance that INNOWOOD is renowned for.
The importance of the highest wet pendulum slip rating is achieved with the hardwearing unique 3 dimensional embossed pattern that does not affect coating adhesion over time like the past sand/grit coating combination.
